New Halloween Stamps!

I love Halloween. I have so much fun dressing up my kids and taking them out trick or treating. I get a kick out of passing out candy too and seeing all of the other kids costumes. I just couldn't resist the new Halloween stamps from Stampin' Up! This is my first card with them.

Stamps: House of Haunts
CS: Pumpkin Pie, White, Ghostly Greetings
Ink: Black Craft
Other: Black Embossing Powder, Markers, Ribbon, Cutter Kit

Creative Challenge Card

Stampin' Up!'s CEO Shelli has made her own blog! Check it out here.... one of the things she has posted is a creative challenge. Since I have a 10 month old to chase after at home I don't get as much time to stamp as I would like too. So, my card is one that I made a couple of years ago for the Madison Regional convention.

Stamps: Wonderful Words
Paper: Night of Navy, Cardstock Vellum, White
Ink: VersaMark
Accessories: White Embossing Powder, Eyelets, Snowflake Brass Template, Stylus

Pretties Pin

This is a pin that I made with all Stampin' Up! items. I used the flowers from the Pretties Kit and colored them with markers. Then I dabbed a bit of glue on the ends of some of the petals and dipped them in Dazzeling Diamonds glitter. All of them are held together with glue dots and then I put an adhesive pin back on.

New Sizzix dies

Starting in September Stampin' Up! will be carrying the Big Shot die cut machine by Sizzix. Demos can preorder the machine and dies. There will be several that are exclusive to SU!. This is my first card with one of the dies called Flower Layers. All supplies by Stampin' Up! If you click on the picture you will see a larger image of the card. The flower looks kind of soft. I did that by putting the die cut onto a mouse pad and then rubbing it all over with a stylus. When you do that the layers start to seperate. Carefully pull them apart and you end up with two flowers and the insides are soft.

Stamps: All Holidays

CS: Pink Pirouette, Kiwi Kiss, Pink Passion, Pretty in Pink

Ink : Black

Other: Sizzix die, Scallop punch
